Labour Advisory Board

 - Set up under the Labour Act

· Considers and advises the Minister on any matter affecting employment and
  labour which is referred to it by the Minister.

· Consists of an equal member of public officers, representatives of employers
  and representatives of workers appointed by the Minister.
 

Advisory council for the Occupational Safety And Health

- Set up under the OSHA 2005


·    Gives advice and assistance to the Minister in respect of matters affecting safety, health and welfare of employees at work or lodging accommodation, or other persons whose safety, health and welfare may be affected by work activities.

· Consists of a Chairman, eight members representing Government, eight members representing employers, eight members representing employees and two members having wide experience in Occupational Safety and Health.
